Paragon’s full-time specialist in safety and health, helps us ensure our team gets all the latest training needed to complete projects quickly and safely.
From weekly toolbox talks and the development of our own safety manual, to daily job hazard analysis (JHA), they’re involved in all our projects to ensure our team is always up to speed.
Our approach to safety
Preparation
With every new hire and with every new project, we start the conversation about safety early and often. Over the years this has led us to develop our own safety manual that we give during new hire orientation.
Training
Training is an ongoing process here at Paragon with weekly toolbox talks and continued education. Our full-time, specialist in safety and health is capable of administering OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour courses.
Focus
Daily job hazard analysis to ensure that each day our team is focused on the risks at hand. This is coupled with our safety inspectors periodic site visits to ensure all OSHA standards are met.
